Finecast Foundry Expands Aerospace and Defence Capability Ahead of DSEI 2025

At Finecast Foundry, we’re proud to be the UK’s leading manufacturer of high-integrity cast components. Over the past two years, we’ve invested £4.2 million into expanding our aerospace and defence capability — increasing capacity across our fully integrated, EN9100-certified facility here in West Sussex.

This investment enables us to deliver even more complex castings for critical aerospace and defence programmes, with complete in-house process control — from design and casting simulation to foundry casting, machining, inspection, and sub-assembly.

Our recent growth in additive manufacturing, NDT, 5-axis machining, and mechanical assembly allows us to deliver fully machined, application-ready castings faster than ever. With our end-to-end in-house capability, we provide customers with complete quality assurance, full traceability, and rapid responsiveness for safety-critical programmes.

We’re increasingly supporting defence R&D and prototyping, as well as aftermarket product delivery.

We’ll be exhibiting at DSEI 2025 (Stand N2-245), where we’ll be showcasing our full manufacturing capability alongside a range of aerospace and defence cast components.
